An architect and researcher of reactive architecture, in his work he explores the combination of the intangible digital world with the multi-sensory qualities of physical constructions and spaces. Since 2006, he is Associate Professor of Design and Design Technology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, where he has established the arc/sec Lab for Cyber-Physical Architecture and Interactive Systems. His installations were presented, among others at the Ars Electronica festival in Linz.
